These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all Photon Weddifly services, including our Website, Mobile Application, Cloud Platform, AI Face Recognition, QR Gallery, Digital Album, Photo Selection Software, Storage Services and all Premium Features.
1. Introduction

Welcome to Photon Weddifly. By accessing or using our Website, Mobile Application, Cloud Platform or any related services, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to every service provided by Photon Weddifly including Photo Selection Software, AI Face Recognition, QR Gallery, Cloud Storage, Digital Album, Online Client Gallery, File Management, Album Sharing, Subscription Services and all future products introduced by the Company.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
- Using our services means you legally accept these Terms.
- Your subscription is governed by these policies.
- You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
- Company policies may change without prior notice.
- Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this Agreement.

| Content | Photos, Albums, QR Galleries, AI Records, Client Selections and other uploaded files. |
| Premium Features | Features available only under an active subscription plan. |
| Platform | Website, Mobile App, Desktop Panel and Cloud Services operated by Photon Weddifly. |

इन नियमों एवं शर्तों में प्रयुक्त निम्नलिखित शब्दों का अर्थ नीचे दिए अनुसार होगा।
- Company – Photon Weddifly एवं इसकी सभी सेवाएँ।
- User – कोई भी Photographer, Studio, Company अथवा Individual।
- Account – उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा बनाया गया पंजीकृत खाता।
- Subscription – मासिक या वार्षिक Premium योजना।
- Cloud Storage – आपके प्लान के अनुसार उपलब्ध ऑनलाइन स्टोरेज।
- Content – Photos, Albums, QR Gallery, AI Data, Client Selection आदि।
- Premium Features – केवल Active Subscription पर उपलब्ध सुविधाएँ।
- Platform – Website, Mobile Application एवं Cloud Services।
3. Account Registration

To use Photon Weddifly services, users must create an account using accurate and complete information.
By registering, you agree that all information provided by you is true, current and complete.
- Only genuine personal or business information may be used.
- Providing false information may result in account suspension.
- You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized login.
- One account should represent one individual or one business unless approved.
- The Company may request identity verification whenever required.
- Email address and Mobile Number should always remain active.
- OTP verification may be required for security purposes.
Photon Weddifly reserves the right to reject, suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or appears fraudulent.

- गलत जानकारी देने पर Account Suspend किया जा सकता है।
- Password सुरक्षित रखना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।
- अनधिकृत Login होने पर तुरंत हमें सूचित करें।
- एक व्यक्ति या एक व्यवसाय के लिए एक ही मुख्य Account बनाया जाए।
- Company आवश्यकता पड़ने पर Identity Verification मांग सकती है।
- Email एवं Mobile Number हमेशा सक्रिय रखें।
- सुरक्षा हेतु OTP Verification आवश्यक हो सकता है।
4. User Eligibility

Photon Weddifly services are intended for photographers, studios, businesses and legally eligible individuals.
- User should be at least 18 years old or legally authorized.
- You must have legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
- Business accounts must be operated by authorized representatives.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Access may be denied if eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
- The Company may request additional documents for verification.
- Accounts involved in illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Photon Weddifly का उपयोग केवल ऐसे व्यक्ति, स्टूडियो अथवा व्यवसाय कर सकते हैं जो कानूनी रूप से पात्र हों।
- उपयोगकर्ता की आयु 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए अथवा वैधानिक अनुमति होनी चाहिए।
- Agreement स्वीकार करने का कानूनी अधिकार होना आवश्यक है।
- Business Account केवल अधिकृत व्यक्ति द्वारा संचालित होना चाहिए।
- सभी स्थानीय एवं राष्ट्रीय कानूनों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है।
- आवश्यकता पड़ने पर Company अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज़ मांग सकती है।
- अवैध गतिविधियों में शामिल Accounts तुरंत Suspend या Block किए जा सकते हैं।
Photon Weddifly सभी उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए सुरक्षित, विश्वसनीय एवं Professional Platform बनाए रखने हेतु आवश्यकतानुसार किसी भी Account की समीक्षा, सत्यापन, सीमित, Suspend अथवा Terminate करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
5. Subscription Policy

Photon Weddifly offers flexible subscription plans designed for photographers, studios and professional businesses. Every subscription activates Premium Services according to the selected plan.
Subscription becomes active only after successful payment confirmation. Features available under your account depend upon the purchased subscription.
- Monthly and Yearly subscription plans are available.
- Subscription starts only after successful payment.
- Premium services remain active until subscription expiry.
- Plans are non-transferable.
- One subscription can only be used for one registered account unless specifically approved.
- Feature availability depends upon the purchased plan.
- Storage limits are determined by your selected package.
- Company may introduce new subscription plans or discontinue existing plans.
- Renewal before expiry is highly recommended.
- Failure to renew may restrict premium services.

Photon Weddifly विभिन्न प्रकार की Monthly एवं Yearly Subscription योजनाएँ प्रदान करता है। आपकी सदस्यता सफल भुगतान के बाद ही सक्रिय मानी जाएगी।
आपके द्वारा खरीदे गए प्लान के अनुसार ही Premium सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध होंगी।
- सफल भुगतान के बाद ही Subscription सक्रिय होगी।
- सदस्यता केवल निर्धारित अवधि तक मान्य रहेगी।
- Premium सुविधाएँ केवल Active Subscription पर उपलब्ध रहेंगी।
- Storage आपके Plan के अनुसार उपलब्ध होगी।
- Renewal समय पर करना उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारी है।
- Company भविष्य में नए Plan जोड़ सकती है या पुराने Plan बदल सकती है।
6. Payment Policy

Payments for Photon Weddifly subscriptions are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways.
Users agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes and fees associated with their selected subscription.
- Subscription activates after successful payment.
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
- GST Invoice will be generated where applicable.
- Failed or cancelled transactions will not activate services.
- Duplicate payments will be reviewed individually.
- Company reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.
- Payment gateway charges may apply depending on payment method.
- Users must ensure sufficient balance before making payment.
- Company shall not be responsible for bank delays.
- Payment confirmation may take several minutes.

- सभी शुल्क लागू Tax सहित हो सकते हैं।
- GST Invoice लागू होने पर उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
- असफल Transaction पर सेवा सक्रिय नहीं होगी।
- Duplicate Payment की अलग से जाँच की जाएगी।
- Payment Gateway या Bank Delay के लिए Company उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी।
- Company आवश्यकता अनुसार Pricing बदल सकती है।
7. Active Subscription Features
When your subscription remains active, you may continue using Premium Services according to your selected plan.

Premium features remain available only while your subscription is active. After expiry, services may become restricted according to Company policies.
8. Subscription Expiry Policy

Immediately after your subscription expires, Photon Weddifly automatically restricts Premium Services associated with your account.
Users may temporarily lose access to uploading, downloading, editing, sharing, AI processing and cloud management functions until the subscription is successfully renewed.
Expiry of subscription does not immediately delete your data; however, data retention is governed by our Data Retention Policy.
- Premium Features become unavailable.
- Storage cannot be expanded.
- AI Services stop working.
- QR Gallery editing is disabled.
- Account remains inactive until renewal.

Subscription समाप्त होते ही Photon Weddifly आपके Premium Features पर स्वचालित रूप से प्रतिबंध लगा देता है।
Upload, Download, Edit, AI Face Recognition, QR Gallery Management तथा अन्य Premium सुविधाएँ Renew होने तक उपलब्ध नहीं रहेंगी।
Subscription समाप्त होने का अर्थ यह नहीं है कि आपका Data उसी समय Delete हो जाएगा। Data हमारे Data Retention Policy के अनुसार सुरक्षित रखा जाता है।
9. Cloud Storage Policy

Photon Weddifly provides secure cloud infrastructure for storing photographs, albums, client selections, QR Galleries and related project files.
The amount of storage available depends entirely upon the subscription plan purchased by the user.
- Storage is allocated according to your plan.
- Storage upgrades may be purchased separately.
- Uploads stop after storage becomes full.
- Deleting files permanently frees storage.
- Cloud Storage is intended only for business-related content.
- Illegal or prohibited content is not allowed.
- Storage limits may vary according to future plans.
- Users should maintain their own local backup.

आपको उपलब्ध Storage आपके Subscription Plan के अनुसार निर्धारित होती है।
यदि Storage पूरी भर जाती है तो नई Photos Upload नहीं की जा सकेंगी, जब तक Storage खाली नहीं की जाती या अतिरिक्त Storage Purchase नहीं की जाती।
10. Data Retention Policy

Photon Weddifly retains customer data for a limited period after subscription expiry in accordance with our operational, security and legal policies.

Account May Be Suspended
- Data is retained temporarily after expiry.
- Renew before 90 days to avoid permanent deletion.
- Inactive accounts may be suspended after 180 days.
- Company reserves the right to clean inactive cloud resources.
- Backup of important business data is strongly recommended.

Subscription समाप्त होने के बाद आपका Data सीमित समय तक सुरक्षित रखा जाता है।
यदि 90 दिनों के भीतर Subscription Renew नहीं किया जाता, तो Company अपने विवेकानुसार Cloud Data हटाने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।
180 दिनों तक Account Inactive रहने पर Account Suspend अथवा Permanently Disable किया जा सकता है।
अपने महत्वपूर्ण Business Data का Backup सुरक्षित रखना प्रत्येक उपयोगकर्ता की स्वयं की जिम्मेदारी है।
11. 90 Days Data Deletion Policy

If your subscription remains expired for more than 90 Days, Photon Weddifly reserves the right to permanently remove all cloud data associated with your account.

- Recovery requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Maintain your own backup before subscription expiry.
- Renew your subscription before the retention period ends.

यदि आपकी Subscription समाप्त होने के बाद 90 दिनों तक Renew नहीं की जाती है, तो Photon Weddifly आपके Account से संबंधित Cloud Data को स्थायी रूप से Delete करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।

12. Account Suspension Policy

Photon Weddifly reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions.

13. User Responsibilities

Every user is responsible for protecting their account and using the platform responsibly.
- Maintain a strong password.
- Keep Email and Mobile Number updated.
- Renew subscription before expiry.
- Maintain local backups.
- Use only genuine business information.
- Do not share account credentials.
- Protect OTP and Login Information.
- Respect copyright laws.
- Follow all applicable laws.
- Report suspicious activity immediately.

Photon Weddifly उपयोगकर्ता की लापरवाही, Password साझा करने, Backup न रखने अथवा गलत उपयोग के कारण होने वाले किसी भी Data Loss या Business Loss के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
14. Prohibited Activities

Users must not misuse Photon Weddifly or engage in activities that may harm the platform, other users or the Company's infrastructure.
- Uploading illegal or copyrighted content without permission.
- Hacking, reverse engineering or attempting unauthorized access.
- Uploading viruses, malware or harmful software.
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts.
- Using bots, scripts or automated systems without approval.
- Sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons.
- Using the platform for fraudulent activities.
- Disrupting servers, networks or cloud infrastructure.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
- Using the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Photon Weddifly का उपयोग किसी भी अवैध, धोखाधड़ी, अनधिकृत अथवा नुकसान पहुंचाने वाली गतिविधि के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता।

15. AI Face Recognition Policy

Photon Weddifly uses Artificial Intelligence to help photographers quickly identify and organize photographs.
- AI results may not always be 100% accurate.
- Users are responsible for verifying final selections.
- Face Recognition works according to image quality.
- AI processing requires user consent.
- The Company continuously improves AI models.
- AI cannot guarantee identical matching in every case.
- Users must upload only legally authorized photographs.

Photon Weddifly का AI Face Recognition केवल सहायता के उद्देश्य से उपलब्ध कराया जाता है।
- AI Result हमेशा 100% सही होने की गारंटी नहीं है।

- Image Quality के अनुसार Accuracy बदल सकती है।
- AI Processing हेतु User की सहमति आवश्यक है।
- केवल अधिकृत Photos ही Upload करें।
16. QR Gallery Policy

QR Gallery allows photographers to share albums with clients using secure QR Codes and links.
- QR Links should only be shared with intended recipients.
- Users are responsible for protecting gallery privacy.
- Public sharing is done at the user's own risk.
- Company may disable QR links after subscription expiry.
- Password protection should be enabled whenever available.

17. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, user interface, graphics, documentation and technology used in Photon Weddifly are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated.

No person may copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written permission.

18. Privacy & Data Protection

- Only authorized personnel may access operational systems.

- Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

19. Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid to Photon Weddifly are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by the Company.
- Subscription payments are normally non-refundable.
- Duplicate payments may be reviewed individually.
- Refund requests must include valid payment proof.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Processing time depends on the payment gateway and banking partner.
- Partial use of a subscription does not qualify for a proportional refund.

20. Cancellation Policy

Users may discontinue using Photon Weddifly at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically create eligibility for any refund.
- Subscription remains active until its expiry date.
- Cancellation does not extend subscription validity.
- Premium features stop after subscription expiry.
- Data retention rules continue to apply.

उपयोगकर्ता किसी भी समय सेवा का उपयोग बंद कर सकता है, लेकिन इससे Subscription शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
